4 New Square Chambers’ George McDonald will join the panel at the Association of Costs Lawyers London Annual Conference on Friday 4th November 2022 at The Kia Oval, Kennington, London.
This in-person conference will bring together industry leaders to discuss hot topics in the costs legal landscape including the extension to fixed costs and the consultations on guideline hourly rates, budgeting and pre-action protocols.
George is widely regarded as one of the best junior counsel for costs litigation. He has been ranked as a leading junior in this area by both Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 for a number of years. He has been instructed in some of the seminal costs cases before a number of different tribunals, including on his own account in Supreme Court and Privy Council assessments.
