Lionel Nichols and Emile Simpson Appointed to Attorney General’s Public International Law Panel

Four New Square Chambers are delighted to announce the appointment of two of our members to the Attorney General’s Public International Law Panel.

Lionel Nichols has been appointed to Panel B and Emile Simpson to Panel C of the Public International Law Panel, with their terms beginning on 1 January 2026 and lasting for five years.

Members of the Public International Law Panel assist by handling public international law cases in both international courts and the courts of England and Wales.

Other Four New Square Chambers members are appointed to the Attorney General’s Civil Panel, including Tom Shepherd on Panel A, Usman Roohani on Panel B and Emile Simpson on Panel C.
