Theo Barclay joined Lee Curtis and Rebecca Field of HGF for episode 44 of their Fashionably IP podcast, discussing the recent Dryrobe trade mark decision of the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court (IPEC).
Theo was lead counsel for Dryrobe Limited in the case, which concerned trade mark infringement and passing off claims, as well as counterclaims relating to descriptiveness, genericism and non-use.
