4 New Square Chambers’ Dr Cyril Chern will join the panel at The International Federation of Consulting Engineers International Users’ Conference 2022. This in person conference offers delegates an indispensable update on FIDIC’s contract suite as well as discussing the latest developments in the contracts arena and takes place between 29-30 November at The Tower Hotel, London.
Cyril will look at the FIDIC DAAB rules, their use on construction projects and also the use of mediation and other ADR technics. There will be a particular focus on the FIDIC DAAB rules and their practical application.
