On day one, Dan joins Daniel Gritten of Hogan Lovells to reflect on the notable High Court decision in Kagazy and its impact on fraud claimants.
On day two, Lizzy joins Jon Felce of Cooke, Young & Keidan and Mark Wilson of Gately Legal to discuss how to build a successful international practice. Diarmuid and Marie-Claire will lead workshop sessions on settlement strategies and types of claims available and whether they are worth pursuing respectively.
