4 New Square are holding a breakfast seminar on Thursday 2nd May where we will discuss the topic of ‘Conflicts of Interest: Recognition, Avoidance, Resolution‘. Registration and breakfast are from 8:30 am. The seminar will start promptly at 8:45 am and finish promptly at 10:00 am.

Fiduciary duties are a central concern for every solicitor. What amounts to an actual/potential conflict of interests/duties; what are its legal/regulatory consequences; how can it best be avoided/managed? Ben Hubble QC and Charles Phipps will analyse the principles involved and identify some practical tips and solutions.
