4 New Square Chambers’ Lionel Nichols will speak at a one-day expert workshop at The University of Oxford’s Bonavero Institute of Human Rights on climate change litigation titled “Climate Litigation Unleashed: Catalysing Action against States and Corporations”.
The invitation-only event will take place in person on 22 November 2023 and brings together 50 experts from across the UK and Europe to discuss strategic public and private litigation. Lionel will speak on the subject of “Shareholder lawsuits and derivative actions against directors”.
