Channon v. Ward [2017] EWCA Civ 13

The Court of Appeal held that a broker who had failed to place PI insurance for an accountant had caused no loss since insurers would not have indemnified in respect of the claims against the accountant in any event. Neil Hext QC appeared for the successful respondent.
