Can Yeginsu instructed in ICSID proceedings against Turkmenistan

Can Yeginsu has been instructed by Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP, London as counsel for SECE İnşaat ve Ticaret A.Ş. in its recently registered claim against Turkmenistan before the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID Case No. ARB/18/34).
