Can Yeginsu contributes to new edition of text on investor-state arbitration
The fourth edition of The Investment Treaty Arbitration Review has been published. Can Yeginsu (4 New Square Chambers) and Ceyda Knoebel (Gibson Dunn) examine the definition of “covered investment”, often a critical threshold question of jurisdiction in investor state arbitration. Can is regularly instructed to act as counsel in investment arbitrations and teaches a seminar on the subject as Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C. Earlier this year he was shortlisted by Legal 500 as International Arbitration Junior of the Year.
