4 New Square Chambers’ Ben Williams KC and George McDonald will speak at the next COMBAR lecture on 21st February 2024.
This topical panel session will cover litigation funding and costs in light of PACCAR and will be Chaired by George, who will cover funding issues from all angles. Ben will provide an update on recent developments and cases, including PACCAR.
They will be joined by Nicola Boyle of Hausfeld, giving her perspective as a highly experienced solicitor, and Oliver Hayes of Balance and Rosemary Ioannou of Fortress who will provide the funders’ perspective.
