Ben Elkington KC will join leading insurance experts at this year’s IBA Insurance Conference 2024 taking place on 12th – 13th March at Westin London City.
The IBA Insurance Conference 2024 will examine the most relevant and recent topics of concern for insurance lawyers in corporate, regulatory and claims, including a particular focus on the impact of AI and technology in the insurance sector.
Ben will join a panel of experts to discuss trending issues in arbitration in insurance. The panel will cover
the arbitration processes within the insurance industry and shed light on its role in dispute resolution
and its implications for insurance and reinsurance companies. The panel will be moderated by David Kroeger of Jenner and Block and Ben’s co-panellists will be April McClements of Matheson, Dublin and Charles Scibetta of Chaffetz Lindsey, New York.
Ben has years of experience advising and representing insurers, reinsurers and insureds in the full range of non-marine insurance disputes. He also acts as an arbitrator of such disputes.
