Ban on Wikipedia before the European Court of Human Rights

Can Yeginsu is leading Anthony Jones and Hannah Daly in the case the Wikimedia Foundation has brought before the European Court of Human Rights, challenging the wholesale access ban in place on the site since 2017 in Turkey.
