4 New Square Chambers is pleased to announce that Anthony Jones will be speaking at the ICC FraudNet Cross-Border Asset Recovery International Conference, taking place in Shanghai on 12 September 2026.
Hosted by ICC FraudNet, the ICC International Court of Arbitration and East China University of Politics and Law (ECUPL), the conference will bring together experts from around the world to discuss key issues in cross-border asset recovery across eight sessions.
Anthony will speak on the panel, “Piercing Offshore Structures and Pursuing Ultimate Controllers”, alongside Andrew Wilkinson (Rose LLP), Michele Caratsch (BALDI & CARATSCH), and Yuxian Zhao (Han Kun Law Offices).
The conference will be held at the Hongqiao International Central Legal Services District, No. 1, Lane 989, Shengui Road, Minhang District, Shanghai.
