4 New Square Chambers’ Amanda Savage KC will be speaking at the 26th Professional Indemnity Conference in Cambridge on 2 July.
Amanda will be addressing some recent issues in professional negligence including claims by third parties (including the recent authority of Lonsdale v Wedlake Bell), limitation, and vicarious liability.
Amanda took silk in 2020 and has a thriving practice in professional negligence, regulatory and insurance work. She is Vice Chair of the Professional Negligence Bar Association and a co-editor of Jackson & Powell on Professional Liability
