4 New Square Chambers’ Alison Padfield KC and Tom Asquith will speak at the Professional Negligence Bar Association seminar “Privilege and without prejudice issues in Professional Liability Claims” on Tuesday 15th November. This seminar will be held in person at Quadrant Chambers and will be chaired by The Hon. Mr Justice Soole.
Alison will discuss Liability insurance – privilege & the joint retainer by insurer & insured and Tom’s talk will cover Candey v Bosheh – the Iniquity Exception.
