4 New Square is delighted that its growing reputation for intellectual property work has been recognised by the leading global intellectual property law publication, Managing IP in their 2026 awards.
Chambers has been shortlisted in the following categories:
- IP Set of the Year: 4 New Square
- Junior IP Barrister of the Year: Theo Barclay
This reflects chambers’ increasing expertise in intellectual property litigation, commercial disputes regarding intangible assets and professional liability and costs litigation in an intellectual property context.
In recent years, chambers has been involved in a number of leading IP cases including Iconix v Dream Pairs [2025] UKSC 25, IBM v LzLabs & Ors [2025] EWHC 532 (TCC) and Crypto Open Patent Alliance v Dr Craig Wright [2024] EWHC 1809 (Ch).
