4 New Square Chambers’ will host a seminar “Routes to Recovery: getting past insolvent defendants” followed by a drinks reception on Wednesday 23rd November. This seminar will be held in person at Inner Temple and will be chaired by The Right Honourable Lady Justice Carr DBE.
The panel will comprise of 4 New Square Chambers’ Graham Chapman KC, Daniel Saoul KC, Lucy Colter and Saaman Pourghadiri who will discuss whether the law has gone too far, too fast or too slow and not far enough.
