Commercial Dispute Resolution
Commercial claims form a large part of Chambers’ work. Members of chambers regularly appear in the Commercial Court, in commercial courts overseas and in commercial arbitrations.
Members of chambers undertake a very wide range of commercial work including disputes concerning banking, securities and derivatives, commercial fraud, commercial agencies, M&A disputes, investments and investment schemes, contracts for the sale and hire of goods, private international law and personal and corporate insolvency.
Much of this commercial work has an international element to it and members of chambers have experience of jurisdictional disputes and challenges. They also have wide experience of acting in respect of pre-emptive and interim applications for, among other things, freezing orders, search orders, pre-action disclosure and injunctions.
