Much of our work is insurance related and claims against insurance brokers are a natural part both of our professional liability work and of our insurance and reinsurance work. We often bring or defend claims against insurance brokers and other insurance intermediaries.
We have a good knowledge of how the insurance market works and of how risks are broked within it. Our experience in this area includes claims concerning a wide range of insurance policies and other contracts, such as binding authorities.
