Mediation
Mediation is a voluntary form of alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
Mediation is a speedy, cost-effective and flexible form of ADR. Mediations can be held in chambers where we have a fully serviced mediation suite or at a venue agreed by the parties.
Members of chambers are trained and accredited Mediators who act impartially and independently of the parties with a view to resolving and settling disputes in a wide range of areas: for example, commercial, construction and engineering, sports, insurance and reinsurance and professional liability and indemnity disputes.
