Rick Liddell acted for Rowley Douglas in his selection appeal to British Rowing, the National Governing Body for Rowing. Rowley Douglas was the gold-medal winning cox from the 2000 Sydney Olympics and came out of retirement to challenge for the cox’s seat of the Men’s eight in the London 2012 Olympics. At the hearing, the Appeals Panel upheld British Rowing’s decision not to select Mr Douglas.
Rick is recommended in the legal Directories in Sports Law. He is regularly instructed by the British Horseracing Authority and the International Rugby Board.
