The 3 month trial in Andrew Brown and Others v Innovatore Plc and Others begins today. The matter will be heard by Mr Justice Hamblen and involves a £50m complex claim launched by 550 investors in 19 tax-advantaged technology investment schemes (which the investors allege constituted an investment fraud).
The trial has been listed in the top 20 cases of 2011 in The Lawyer magazine. Members of 4 New Square act for both sides in the dispute.
