Other practice areas where 4 New Square is ranked as a set include; Construction (Band 4), Costs Litigation (Band 2) which is an area we are increasingly growing “4 New Square has signalled its commitment to cost work through the recruitment of two top-quality juniors from Thirty Nine Essex Street.” Insurance (Band 4), for Product Liability (Band 2) Peers say the set is "a really big player in the market." Professional Discipline (Band 4), Professional Negligence: Technology & Construction (Band 2) and Sport where we jumped from (Band 3) to (Band 2) Chambers and Partners noted that “4 New Square's sports credentials are anchored in its tremendous work in horse racing, and its members are amongst the British Horseracing Authority's go-to counsel for prosecuting cases.”

Mark Cannon QC and Ben Elkington QC are two new silks recognised for Insurance with the “very excellent” Mark also adding Professional Negligence: Technology & Construction (Band 3) to his rankings, along with the "calm and professional" Anneliese Day QC who is “fast gaining an outstanding reputation in silk.”
The "clever and approachable" George Spalton is a "fast-rising junior at 4 New Square” and is newly ranked in both International Arbitration and Professional Negligence. Our Professional Discipline practice area increases by two with Patrick Lawrence and Paul Parker. The “up and coming” Katie Powell has been acknowledged for her Product Liability work. Other notable new entries include Alex Hall Taylor, Richard Liddell and Clare Dixon all for Professional Negligence, and finally David Halpern QC has been newly ranked and described as "an extremely dependable lawyer” for Real Estate Litigation, a new area for Chambers to add to their ever growing list.
