‘What is life like for a woman at the Commercial Bar?’ – an open evening for City and LSE Students hosted by 4 New Square

News & Judgments
20 October 2017

4 New Square are hosting an open evening on Tuesday 24th October for City and LSE University Students on ‘What is life like for a woman at the Commercial Bar?’ This event is a chance to hear three of our successful female practitioners at varying stages of their careers (Alison Padfield, Helen Evans and Marie-Claire O’Kane), plus our female senior clerk, Lizzy Stewart, talk about their experiences. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and chat informally over a drink with both male and female members of Chambers. The event is open to men as well as women.  If you are interested in a career at the Commercial Bar but think you might not fit in, you are particularly welcome to attend this event. Click here for more details and information on how to RSVP.
