Product Liability
Sue's product liability experience has developed throughout her time at the Bar. She acted in the organophosphate managed litigation and was instructed to act for the National Health Service Authority in the MMR litigation. Since then she has acted in several large product liability cases, including cases involving cosmetic surgery products and chicken vaccines.
