Recent arbitrations include a dispute between the insured, primary insurers and excess layer insurers as to aggregation under professional indemnity insurance, a coverage dispute between successive insurers of the same professional firm and claims against a firm of construction professionals for alleged breach of contract and negligence in the design of and administration of the contract for the construction of a facility for a local authority.
Mark has also acted and accepts instructions as an arbitrator, particularly in arbitrations concerning professional indemnity insurance.
