Araci v Fallon [2011] EWCA Civ 668: In dramatic circumstances the Court of Appeal granted a prohibitory injunction to prevent Kieren Fallon, Champion jockey and three times Derby winner, riding in the Derby on 4 June 2011. Jackson LJ and Elias LJ addressed the law of injunctive relief in a decision which was, and remains, of great interest to legal practitioners and fans of horse racing in equal measures.
