Recent cases include: • Junior in relation to a proposed claim by a major food retailer against large firm of accountants in relation to an outsourcing credit control agreement. • A claim brought against accountants for allegedly negligent advice concerning CTG roll-over relief. • A claim against accountants and auditors concerning solicitors' accounts. • Successful striking out of claim by shareholders against auditors on existence of duty of care point. • A claim concerning alleged fraud by accountants in preparation of charity's accounts. • Claims against accountants concerning adequacy of business advice given and Galoo-style causation questions.
