5th Annual GAR Live Istanbul Conference

News & Judgments
1 June 2017

On Thursday 15 June, Can Yeginsu will be addressing delegates on the topic of “Rules Innovations: Are procedural innovations always helpful, or just in part?” at the 5th Annual GAR Live Istanbul conference, hosted at the Shangri-La Bosphorus, and chaired by Mark Beckett (Cooley) and Utku Cosar (Cosar Avukatlık Bürosu).

Described in the 2017 Chambers and Partners section on International Arbitration as fiercely clever but also a true team player; he knows arbitration inside out and is a very elegant and effective advocate, Can is currently acting as counsel in a number of international commercial and investment treaty arbitrations.

Can is also Visiting Professor of Investment Law and Arbitration at Koç University Law School in Istanbul, guest lecturer at Harvard Law School, and member of the Investment Treaty Forum at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law.
